Well the extra litter box had no effect. She pooped next to all of them overnight. So this morning her pen size got drastically reduced and when we got home from work she had used the litter boxes appropriately all day. Hopefully this will become habit again and I can gradually open her pen up more. She needs the space to run and jump!
Zodiac, Legend and I are off to the Moberly rally trial tomorrow night. Oreo always gets excited when I get out a suitcase because he loves to go places. I feel bad that he doesn't get to go as much as he used to but taking 3 dogs to a hotel is just not practical if you don't have to take them, especially a dog on 4 kinds of medicine. It's bad enough that they all three eat different foods.
We found this guy below on our driveway tonight. It's kind of a fuzzy picture but something different anyway.

Hello fellow rabbiteer! We've discovered wih our house rabbits that if we offer them a remote potty, across the room from their house, when they're released each day for their play & exercise time, they habitually go to the remote potty. We use a hay-filled Sterlite potty tray that their bunny butts can't hang over. We place the potty tray on a waterproof latex entry-way mat in case of accidents close to the potty. After consistent observation we recognize that not only is this a fresh spot to potty, it's also a main sounding board or communication connection with any other animals that may visit this remote potty. When everybody goes to bed at night, the remote potty; along with it's roll out mat, can easily be put away. We have six rabbits and this is the system we have arrived at. We still have little accidents sometimes, when their potty or mat isn't clean, or isn't arranged into it's consistent order. Our rabbits really appreciate consistency and routine. Hope this helps a little bit, and if you're interested in checking out our adventures with house rabbits, visit our website at RabbitHouses.net
