Fun and first days

 The PAX scholarship kids had a second orientation this week and then off to pottery and dinner! Everyone has a good time and then Ioseb started school which was a success!

More lake time!

 This week we were lucky enough to get invited back to the boat so both boys could have some fun.  And fun was definitely had!

Today the boys slept in before the pax meeting and even and the other boys got a much needed walk!

 Our second student arrived today! Ioseb is from Georgia and is super excited to be here. He and Tony are hitting it off!

Fun First Week

 Tony continues to make furry friends and is adjusting to school and family life.  We got in a trip to the lake with friends over the weekend and a great time was had by all!

Welcome Tony!

 Our first exchange student arrived last week. Tony is from Tanzania. So far he’s been meeting the animals, getting some shopping done and we are all registered for school on Monday! He’s also gotten to go the agility trial, work out and enjoy a small bonfire! Tomorrow is his orientation and we will meet the rest of the kids that have arrived. 

Since we’ve been home!

 Kahlua and Mudslide continue to make themselves at home. Litter training for poops is still largely unsuccessful but they are so lovable we look past their one flaw! 

Epic was glad to be home 

Amirah continues to have issues with her wound and I had to do some minor surgery on it. I’ll spare you those photos and here is a shot of how good her coat looks after a year of cushings treatment!

 

Michigan 5

 Our last full day we headed out to the Dune climb.  It's a great workout with some great views but was too wet to use out sleds on the sand!  Maybe next time.  After that we had lunch at a winery with a great view and headed out to another beach!
