Going away!

Last night Ava headed off to her new home with a very excited Border Collie sister and happy parents. I think she will be very spoiled and the household very rowdy with those two young dogs!

Today we headed off on a two-plus week vacation. Day one consisted of just driving. But 875 miles and 15 hours later we are settled into our Laramie, Wyoming  hotel for the night. And I stand by my previous observation that this is not a state I would want to live in. Peace and quiet is nice, but desolation and emptiness is another!
